this page. Please be sure to read our guideline requirements for your use

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Guests are expected to provide their own food. Linens, bedding,
and general cleaning items are provided.
2. We prefer a minimum stay of 2 nights. Length of stay will
depend on individual requirements and/or other bookings.
3. Reservations are accepted on a "first come first serve" basis.
4. A refundable fee of $100.00 (Canadian) is required, of which
$25.00 is a reservation fee. In the event of cancellation, the $25 fee will
not be returned unless 10 days notice is given. The remainder ($75) is a
damage deposit/cleaning fee and may be held for a month to cover any expense
which we may incur. Since guests are expected to leave the facility as they
found it, any extra cleaning charge will be at $20.00 per hour. (If house
is left in the condition in which it was found, all monies ($100) will be
returned.) Please make checks out to Coleman Christian Assembly Church.
5. Anyone wishing to make a donation will be receipted for tax
purposes through the Coleman Christian Assembly.
6. If you are booking more than 3 months in advance, please
post-date your cheque for one week prior to your arrival.
7. There is a cell phone at the
house for your use.
8. Preferably no pets.
